Notes: Have you ever stepped outside during a hot summer day - to take out the trash or water the lawn, for example - and spent the rest of the day chasing down flies who managed to slip inside while the door was open? Then you might understand where I am coming from with this song.

Fun fact: The origins of this song date back to high school, when I was singing and playing guitar for the Southern California folk-punk group Doom Robot. The original song appears on the album "Doom Robot Ate Me!", which was the very first album released by Copyright Records.
